Philosophy
IMEREM is a research-based cooperation that is engaged in the empirical evaluation of human medicines and medicinal products. The institute is committed to help pharmaceutical companies to reach their aims and goals and to develop or improve models, methods and evaluations of clinical research. Federal laws, guidelines for clinical research, and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki are the basic rules of conduct of all the institute's activities.
IMEREM is dedicated to the highest levels of integrity, ethics and excellence of research and all other phases of its operations. Vigilant and creative cooperation with the sponsors' experts as well as with leading scientists in universities is constitutive for the mutual aims and goals in scientific research. Learning in each study is the basic principle for extending the standards of IMEREM's.
IMEREM feels an obligation to take care for its sponsors' interests in clinical research and to contribute all its scientific experience and the competence of its employees to all clinical studies. It is a fundamental principle to avoid conflicts of interests by working for different sponsors in the same area of research. The employees of IMEREM are committed to a maximal engagement in each project of the institute.
